It's bring a friend for FREE night for Chairography!! Laura is back on Friday October 24 from 6:00pm to 7:15pm for a brand new Chairography routine!! Take a seat for this high energy, full body movement workshop that turns a simple chair into your ultimate dance partner. Chairography is all about bringing choreography to your everyday folding chair, blending fitness, creativity, and dance for a session that's as fun as it is physically rewarding.We'll start with a dynamic warm up to fire up your muscles, improve mobility, and get your heart rate going. Then you'll learn essential chair dance skills, seamless transitions, stylized movements, creative floor work, and unique shapes that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a full routine under your belt. combining athleticism and artistry in a way that feels both effortless and exhilarating. A final stretch will help you wind down, release tension, and leave you feeling strong, limber, and accomplished.
No dance experience? No problem. Just come ready to move, sweat, and discover just how much creativity a simple chair can unlock.
Students are encouraged to wear pants and comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Chairs will be provided.
Cost is $20 and your friend is FREE! Only one person needs to register.
