Meet us on site at 10am - we will meet at the vehicle gate on Chairborough Road/McLellan Place. The nearest postcode is: HP12 3UL. Free parking is available on the surrounding roads, please park considerately.
Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:
We need to give Chairborough some love and attention and will be working on a few areas today to clear the excess vegetation as well as any litter.
Timings (please note these timings are approximate):
10.00: Arrival on site for safety briefing, please don’t be late!
11.30: Tea & coffee break
13.00: Lunch time, please bring your own (30 minutes)
15.30: Work finishes, time to go home!
What to bring:
Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.
Long trousers are advisable as there is thorny vegetation. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.
Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain. If it's sunny you may need a hat and suncream.
Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of fluids. We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.
Volunteering and COVID:
Please do not attend sessions if you have tested positive for COVID or if you have COVID symptoms e.g. a new continuous cough, a high temperature, a loss of, or change in your normal sense of taste or smell.
