Whether you have trouble getting on and off the floor, need to progress your yoga practice slowly and gently, or just need the added support of a chair, this class is for you! Incorporates seated and standing poses, breathing techniques, mudra, and meditation. THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THOSE LIVING WITH LONG COVID. You can also pay with 4 yoga passes. Missed classes can be made up in any other class on the schedule within 30 days of your missed class OR you can take $15 off any private appointment.
