Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Chair yoga may be practiced seated and/or standing and is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Postures and breathing exercises are practiced with the aid of a chair to draw your awareness to alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, & relaxation. No Yoga experience needed. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. Everyone can do it!
