Chair Yoga is a form of yoga that uses a chair as the main prop versus a traditional mat. This makes the practice more accessible to those that have trouble putting pressure on the knees and wrists, and is suitable for all levels and ages. The program will be taught by Lindsey Gill, a certified yoga teacher with 4 years of experience teaching in the Philadelphia area. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to have fun and try something new!
