Welcome to Chair Yoga With Kate! Join us at 871 Court St on July 25, 2025 for a relaxing and rejuvenating chair yoga session. No need to bring a mat, just come as you are and get ready to stretch and unwind. Kate will guide you through gentle movements to help improve flexibility and reduce stress. *Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.
*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.
*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.
*Students must sign the waiver form before the start of class. This waiver form will be delivered to your email or given to you personally for an in person class.
