This Chair YTT intensive is designed to help you learn poses, sequences, movement, breath work, safety, ethics, and other information that will allow you to work with special populations.
This training is open to all. Continuing ed available for Yoga Teachers.
Great for teachers, therapists, anyone who works in elder care or with populations with limited mobility, anyone who works with kids, and corporate wellness professionals.
This training includes:
1. Full day in-person training. 9am-5pm
2. Digital manual
3. Supplemental video learning
4. Class sequences
