This program was so popular last spring that we decided to give people a second chance to learn! Join April from Soulside Healing Arts for a 45 minute instruction session. Chair yoga blends breath awareness, meditative movement, gentle stretching, strength-building, and balance.This class is especially beneficial for anyone who finds it challenging to get up and down from the ground in a traditional yoga class. There is a lot we can do to benefit our mobility, coordination, and flexibility while seated!
For adults 18 and up.
