MHP Oncology & Hematology would like to invite you to Chair Yoga for oncology patients, survivors, and family members!Join us on Wednesday evenings this spring from 5:00 to 6:00 PM in the lobby of the Oncology & Hematology department (entrance 4).
There are many benefits for chair yoga when an oncology patient: helps reduce fatigue, improves quality of sleep, reduces anxiety and depression, and improves quality of life!
