This practice is ideal for those who want to maintain or restore strength, balance, and mobility—especially when getting down to the floor isn’t accessible or comfortable.Led by a certified yoga therapist, this class weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to enhance physical stability, joint mobility, and emotional well-being.
