About this Event
Chair yoga is a form of yoga practiced by sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
Some of the benefits of chair yoga are improved flexibility, concentration and strength while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain. You will need to bring a small hand towel and water bottle. Chair yoga is good for everyone, no matter your age, shape or size, so join us for this fun class.
No experience is needed. All are welcome, experienced practitioners and newbies alike!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This yoga session is for everyone (No age limit). Family can join along with their kids

By bus to Pinner Road Stop NE: H9 (1 min walk)

By tube to North Harrow (2 mins walk)
What can I bring to the event?
Kindly bring a water bottle. We provide Yoga mats & props. We have a washroom and kitchen to be utilised.
