This hour-long gentle yoga practice uses a chair for support and balance. It combines mindful breathing and a sequence of sitting and standing postures, without getting up and down from the floor. The use of supportive props such as blocks and bolsters will help students as well. Gentle chair yoga is ideal for those individuals who are new to yoga; those with limited range of motion; and/or are healing from injury or illness. All levels are welcome.Instructed by Kara Welch
