A gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance. Suitable for a wide range of abilities.
Connect and unwind at these gentle yoga sessions facilited by experienced yoga instructor, Lou Ruggeri. In Chair Yoga, you’ll be seated or standing braced by a chair throughout the session.
Weekly, Wednesdays 10.30 - 11.30am

-November 27th, 11am - 12pm
No classes from December 11th until we return in January.
