Chair Yoga is a gentle mindfulness practice that can positively impact health and wellbeing. This is a free 45 minute session.
Join Joan, a qualified Chair Yoga and Meditation teacher, who will guide you through breathing exercises to slow down the mind and body, very gentle seated stretches and a guided meditation that will leave you feeling peaceful, calm and relaxed.
