
About this Event
Chair yoga allows the practitioner to do traditional yoga postures with the support of a chair and yoga props. Chair yoga gives you the same benefits as regular yoga; flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation and mental clarity.
Chair yoga classes are for adults. They are held on the main floor, which is accessible via a ramp. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructor Danielle Cavallacci.
Please register separately for each week that you wish to attend. Attending all six classes isn't required, but welcome.
