
About this Event
Chair yoga allows the practitioner to do traditional yoga postures with the support of a chair and yoga props. Chair yoga gives you the same benefits as regular yoga; flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation and mental clarity.
Chair yoga classes are for adults. They are held on the main floor, which is accessible via a ramp. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructor Danielle Cavallacci.
Class will take place every Wednesday at 1:30pm from April 2nd through May 7th. Please register only if you plan on attendinng all six classes. If you are no longer able to attend, please reach out to the instructor at [email protected] .
