This four-week Chair Yoga series offers an accessible, supportive practice designed to meet you exactly where you are - perfect for older adults and anyone navigating mobility challenges, injury, chronic pain, or balance concerns. Using a chair as both a seat and a prop, we’ll move through gentle, intentional postures alongside breathwork and mindfulness to support strength, flexibility, circulation, and overall ease in the body.Each class builds gradually, allowing time to feel familiar with the movements and develop confidence from week to week. Practices are thoughtfully paced and easily adapted, making this series especially supportive for those who prefer not to get down on the floor or who are seeking a safe, steady approach to movement.
Beyond physical benefits, this series emphasizes nervous system regulation, body awareness, and connection—offering space to slow down, listen inward, and move in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable. Rest is always welcome, and every posture can be modified or skipped.
No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies, ages, and abilities are welcome. This is a small group class - limited space available.
