Chair Volleyball Tournament St. Luke's "Cool the Room (AC)" Fundraiser

Welcome to the Suncoast Senior Chair Volleyball Tournament - St. Luke's UMC Cool the Room Fundraiser! Get ready for a day of fun and friendly competition at St Luke's United Methodist Church. Join us for an event filled with laughter, teamwork, and maybe a little friendly rivalry. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, this event is open to all ages and skill levels. So gather your friends, family, or coworkers and come show off your skills on the court.

For those who are new to chair volleyball, wish to improve your skills or participate as a volunteer or official, please attend a free instructional clinic for players and volunteers on November 1, 2025 at St. Luke's. From 11:00-1:00 we will provide a glimpse into this fast-paced sport that is the #2 fastest growing sport among seniors in the United States!

Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the November 8 event. T-shirts will be available to teams during registration for pre-event purchase, or on a limited basis at the tournament

Info: Team captains will pick up registration packets and team members will receive hand stamps. Sponsors will introduce themselves and discuss their services or product. Volunteers and officials will meet to get court assignments, station assignments and discuss responsibilities.Teams will proceed to their courts at least five minutes prior to beginning of match.
