parkruns worldwide celebrate any event taking place on the 22nd of the month as Tutu/22/two two Day.All parkrunners are invited to join in the fun and wear their favourite tutus on the day. Bring a friend!!
parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k. First-timers briefing is at 8:50, pre-run brief is at 8:55.
You can walk, run, volunteer, or spectate!
Kids are welcome with a guardian, strollers are permitted, 1 dog allowed per participant on a short handheld leash.
All you need to do is register one time (for free!) at https://www.parkrun.ca/register/ and bring your barcode with you.
