Skylar Chad Aaron Eby, 19, of Marion, Iowa, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016.Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2016 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Skylar was born November 1, 1996 in Cedar Rapids to Christopher Eby and Shannon Pettit. He was a graduate of Linn Mar High School. He was currently employed as a product unloader at Walmart.
Skylar was very artistic; he often expressed himself in paintings and by creating his own games. He loved to use his camera. He created films with his friends in starring roles. He talked of going to film school, and he enjoyed acting.
Skylar loved to play thinking games with his family and friends, such as Magic the Gathering. He took great pleasure in watching his dad get brain-
