Come participate in the Hero Workout Chad, 1000 step-ups for time, in honor of Chad and all of our veterans. The steps are 18inches, if you plan on doing Chad as prescribed bring a 2in riser of some kind (a bumper plate). Bring your own ruck pack. Dress for weather and have water.
Not doing it Rx? Thats perfectly okay, come do as many reps as you can and come hang out.
