About this Event
Join Ashley Jagmohan at Sacred Moments Yoga Studio in Oviedo for a Cha Dao Tea Ceremony, a heart-centered meditative practice inspired by Daoist and Zen Buddhist traditions and guided by the principles of simplicity, presence, harmony, and respect. Through several rounds of Living Tea, served in a ceremonial container, we’ll create space for stillness, inner awareness, and meaningful connection.
Each bowl of tea is an invitation:💚 to be still in a fast-paced world💚 to embody presence and intention💚 to nourish heart, mind, and spirit💚 to connect with self, nature, and all of life
Living Tea, sourced from old-growth Camellia sinensis trees, is whole-leaf, minimally processed, and cultivated in biodiverse ecosystems. As a gentle adaptogen, it meets you where you are; offering grounding if you feel scattered, or clarity and uplift if you feel depleted. It also supports:

Offering a soft, sacred space to simply sit, sip, and be.We will be seated on the ground for this ceremony, with cushions and blankets provided. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you feel called to reflect.In order to honor the traditions of a Cha Dao Tea Ceremony, we are limiting the ceremony to 12. This ensures the ceremony remains a deeply intentional, immersive, and harmonious experience, aligning with the principles of Cha Dao.
