As part of our perennial event programming, la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Vietnam will host our Mid-Year Premium Dinner, hosted by Maître Rôtisseur, Nico Ceccomoro at Culina Restaurant in Hanoi.The tradition of the Bailliage’s annual “Premium Dinner” is a concept borrowed from Bailliages in Japan where cost and effort are immaterial to the orchestration of the event. The result is a magnificent dinner that Chefs and the host venue work tirelessly to create. A meal like no other.
