Join CGU for an enchanting afternoon of music and celebration at Little Bridges, one of Claremont’s most cherished performance spaces, as part of CGU’s Centennial festivities. This concert features distinguished pianist and CGU Assistant Professor of Practice Jenny Soonjin Kim, renowned conductor David Rentz, and a choral ensemble featuring local musicians and members of the CGU community.
Blending classical repertoire with moments of reflection and joy, this Centennial Concert honors CGU’s 100-year legacy of scholarship, creativity, and community. Showcasing the talents of current CGU students, faculty, and alumni, the program culminates in Beethoven’s magnificent Choral Fantasy, a work that unites soloists, orchestra, and chorus.
