The first event in our tri-series will test the 'engine'

*2 Min transition between erg's*

Waves of 8 athletes will move through the exercises with the total combined distances combined.

Prizes will be given to:
- 1st Male
- 1st Female
- 1st Masters Male (40+)
- 1st Masters Female (40+)

There will also be a combined leaderboard with the winners of the tri-series crowned in September.

Registration to the public opens Monday 3rd March
