In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, November 17-23, Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) is excited to announce a weeklong series of industry-focused career fairs. These fairs will offer students and members of the community opportunities to explore apprenticeship and career pathways in high-demand fields. Each day, CFCC will spotlight a different industry, connecting job seekers with employers and showcasing CFCC’s workforce training programs.Local employers will be on-site at each career fair to provide information on job opportunities within their respective fields. Students and community members are encouraged to share copies of their resumes with employers and take advantage of potential networking and job placement opportunities.
Monday, November 18: Construction Day
Programs: Commercial/Residential Electrician, HVAC, Electrical Lineworker, Plumbing and
Pipefitting, and Fiber Optics

Tuesday, November 19: White Collar Day
Programs: Information Technology, Cybercrime Technology, Accounting, and Business

Wednesday, November 20: Manufacturing Expo Day
Programs: Welding, Computer Integrated Machining, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Nuclear Technology
