What is the Color Garden?
The Boston University College of Fine Arts (CFA) Color Garden is a student-led initiative dedicated to creating a vibrant green space for experiential learning and research. Open to students from all disciplines and the surrounding communities, the Garden fosters exploration of plants, cultural traditions, wellbeing, and sustainable practices through hands-on engagement and shared learning.
Research: Investigating the role of plants and natural materials in art, design, wellbeing, and practical applications.
Community: Cultivating urban space for outdoor education, promoting wellbeing, and discussions on land stewardship.
Action: Promoting sustainable practices through hands-on activities, collaborative workshops, and interactive learning experiences.
