CF Shops at Don Mills Fitness Series

CF Shops at Don Mills is bringing back our Fitness Series and this year it will be bigger and better than ever!

Starting May 27th, enjoy complimentary fitness classes from Physiomobility every Monday and Saturday, and a Roller Skating class from SUSO Skate Co. every Sunday Sundays Roller Skating with SUSO Skate Co. : 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (Register today:https://book.peek.com/s/1a01bd62-8191-4bf5-9455-77b0916f5246/rbWpy)

Get excited for a special guest returning this summer, who will be exercising alongside you, or even leading the classes.

Fitness classes will be 45-minutes and located on Aggie Hogg in front of Roots.

Roller Skating classes will be one hour and located on P4 of the parkade. (Weather dependent activity)

Classes will run from May 27th - September 30th

• Mondays Yoga with Physiomobility : 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM
• Saturdays Mobility and Strength Training with Physiomobility : 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

There will also be 3 special classes led by Kale and Krunches!

• Tuesday, June 18th : 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

• Tuesday, August 20th : 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

*We ask you to please bring your own yoga mat (a floor mat will be provided for extra cushioning) and water bottle to each class.

* Must be 16+ to participate and sign participation waiver upon arrival
