Fàilte gu Ceòl nan Còisir 2026!Còisir Ghàidhlig Thaigh an Uillt are delighted to be hosting the annual choir music workshop which will be covering the set piece for the Sheriff MacMaster Campbell 2026 (Sìne Chaluim Bhàin) and the rural puirt a beul set 2026 (Cidh an fhidheall/Fonn air a' ghille dhonn/Pìob air a' bhòrd).
The workshop leaders will be the incomparable Sileas Sinclair, conductor of Oban Gaelic Choir and the fabulous John Joe MacNeil, conductor of Barra Gaelic Choir (who has arranged the new rural puirt 2026), so it promises to be a great day which will be làn càirdeas, ceòl agus craic! IYKYK!
While it is targeted at rural choirs, the workshop is open to all with an interest in Gaelic singing, not just Sheriff choristers, so don't be shy!
There will also be a buffet meal and ceilidh dance in the evening after the workshop so as well as the mandatory massed choir singing, you can dance the night away to the music of Sileas Sinclair and friends!
Workshop tickets £15pp
Ceilidh buffet and dance £15
