Bonito offers a Ceviche and Pisco Masterclass where you can gain a unique insight into the preparation of Peru’s most famous dish- Ceviche and Pisco Sours. This masterclass combines the expertise of the chefs Franco and Andres to deliver a fun and intimate experience.Learn how to make authentic Pisco Sours and how to prepare and serve the classic Peruvian dish- Ceviche. Start with a Pisco Sour at the bar before moving on to the Ceviche station where the chefs will walk you through the origin of the dish, preparation and flavouring the most truly exceptional ceviche recipes that will be sure to impress all your friends.
This Masterclass will be a hands-on experience in which you will get to do your own Ceviche and learn the techniques and presentation of the dish so you can prepare it for your friends or family at home with confidence.
NOTE: We are doing a vegan ceviche optional too. Just let us know beforehand if you're vegan!
