CEST-LA-VIZ is a window to the world. It explores data visualisation and information design in a broader context. With talks, discussions and showcases, it will focus on approaches and techniques to better understand and to better communicate data.

CEST-LA-VIZ is not about accepting the state we are in. It is about asking questions, discussing boundaries and exploring new ways.

CEST-LA-VIZ is a one day event that exists of talks, discussions, workshops, music and other activities.

The entire event will be in English. You can only join the event on location in Utrecht.

TICKETS

You can buy a full access ticket that allows you to come to the venue in Utrecht.

You can listen to a full day of talks in the theatre, get coffee/tea/water during the breaks, enjoy a vegetarian lunch and have some drinks at the end of the day.

By purchasing a ticket for CEST-LA-VIZ, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Pricing and payment

Ticket price is in euro. Tickets must be paid in full via Eventbrite before the event starts. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Access to the event is final when the buying of the ticket is confirmed by Graphic Hunters and the ticket price is paid.

Event tickets

A ticket to the event gives you access to the talks and activities.

The talks will be recorded and shared with the participants. Graphic Hunters will give you access to the recordings (if the quality is sufficient and the speakers give permission) within a few weeks after the event.

Transfer of tickets

Tickets to the event can be transferred. If you are not able to attend the event, you can let a colleague or friend attend. Please inform Graphic Hunters in advance of any changes.

Speakers and schedule

The names of the speakers and the schedule for the CEST-LA-VIZ event is published on the website, but may change at any time. A change of names of speakers or schedule is not a reason to get a refund for the ticket bought.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation of the event, all tickets will be refunded.
