Cesar Torrente is an FEI 4* Judge and member of the FEI–International Equestrian Federation–Tribunal.His judging assignments include not only American venues, but in Hagen, Germany at the prestigious Horses & Dreams which opens the European outdoor circuit as well as Future Champion; Hungary at the European Children’s Championships, and in Perl, Germany at the highly regarded Gestüt Peterhof CDI5*.
Whispering Miracles Equestrian Center show welcomed him as a judge for our one of our dressage shows in 2023.
Cesar started riding at the age of 12 and rode his first grand prix before he turned 20. Since then he has ridden and trained horses up to Grand Prix level and has been the Colombian National Champion at all levels over several years. Cesar has successfully competed in 3 Bolivarian Games, where he earned several Team Golds and Silver Individual medals, 3 Pan Am Games and 2 Central American Games. In 2010, he earned a Team Gold Medal at the South American Games held in Colombia and a 2nd Team Gold Medal at the Central American Games held in Puerto Rico.
Cesar offers his experience as a rider and as a judge to conduct symposiums, seminars, clinics, and ride-a-test lessons, worldwide, where participants usually improve their riding skills and their abilities to better present a dressage test.
