Certify as an Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor

EMBARK ON A TRANSFORMATIVE 4-day off-grid retreat at an elevation of 11,100 feet in the stunning landscapes of Ouray, Colorado, often referred to as the Switzerland of America. This comprehensive breathwork training program spans 21 hours and certifies you to teach the Oxygen Advantage functional breathing protocol. The program is led by OA® Master Instructor Chuck McGee III and takes place in a high-altitude immersive environment. Throughout the course, you will gain knowledge about Patrick McKeown’s Oxygen Advantage® breathing method, breathing techniques in high-altitude conditions, and how to incorporate this method into your practice.
