This three and a half day workshop is designed to help those individuals who are interested in learning about therapeutic riding, whether you are new to equine assisted services or just need a refresher on the current industry standards. This workshop will help you on your way to becoming a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor under PATH Intl., guiding each participant in the best practices for teaching and running safe and educational lessons!
This workshop was developed by the wonderful Sandy Webster, who’s resume includes but is not limited to: PATH Intl. Master Instructor, CanTRA Advanced Instructor/Coach, Canadian Equestrian Federation Level 2 Coach in Eventing, PATH Course Conductor and Examiner for Registered & Advanced Instructors; Accreditation Site Evaluator and Licensed Thoroughbred Trainer, Exercise Rider and Jockey.
After having found success both as a winning equestrian competitor and as a leader and innovator in the therapeutic riding industry, Sandy Webster’s commanding style inspires all. Her dedication to educational excellence has spanned over 30 years as a professional in Equine Assisted Services. Sandy’s contributions span all fronts, yet her passion is teaching and education. Her workshops and speaking engagements are popular and successful, as she is an energetic, dynamic presenter who makes the material and work fun.
