About this Event
This is the certified Laughter Yoga International training program.
This training is intended to get you delivering in community—what we call . It could be with your friends, colleagues, neighbours. Maybe you already have a 'community' and want to add this activity to the mix.
We cover the basic science and philosophy supporting the practice of Laughter Yoga.
* You get to learn a stack of basic exercises.
* You get to develop and present a session of your own.
* There'll also be a pop-up laughter session in a park near our Clontarf learning base for you to genuinely feel the vibe of laughter club.

Past participants include: psychologists, nurses, aged care workers, counsellors, disability support workers, teachers, yoga teachers, life coaches, and team managers. They typically acquire the skills to add to their professional and personal life tool kits.
Then there are people who LOVE their community and want to giveback in a volunteer capacity through a laughter club.
No! No prior experience is needed. Please do let go of the thought of this being 'downward dog laughing'. Laughter yoga is nothing like that. If you need to see what laughter yoga in community can look like, watch this clip.

Who is the trainer?
Global Laughter Ambassador, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Australian Institute of Management-trained trainer Heather Joy Campbell from The Happydemic.
What do I get for the training?
- 16 hours of intensive in-person training on the science and the techniques of laughter yoga

- International Laughter Yoga Leader Certificate recognised by the Laughter Yoga University of Dr Madan Kataria, Bangalore, India
- access to monthly Zoom mentoring group for 12 months, serving as sounding board, cheer squad, shared space to ask and learn, be inspired and develop your laughter practice.
