? About the Event:
Our focus is on practical learning, allowing you plenty of opportunities to practice and receive feedback throughout the course. We understand that your personal growth and development is crucial, which is why we provide coaching and study groups to support you in your personal practice.
Additionally, our main teachers will provide personal follow-up to ensure that you are progressing in your journey.
? Course Goals:
The goal of this course is to provide practical guidance and coaching to elevate your Gong playing skills. Learn to understand how the Gong plays you, rather than the other way around. The highlight of the course is the Gong Meditation, where you'll experience the profound capacity of the Gong to clear the subconscious mind and facilitate deep meditation and clarity.
? Who Should Attend:
This course is open to everyone, but it's especially beneficial for dedicated practitioners. Attendance can be approved and certified by the Northern Light Yoga Academy and will count as the second module of the Gong Master Course, consisting of four modules.
