The University of Illinois Extension will offer the Certified Food Protection Manager Course at the Champaign County Farm Bureau auditorium (801 N Country Fair Dr, Champaign, IL 61821) to adults and youth ages 15 and up. Participants must attend the full two-day training to be eligible to take the exam. There are two training dates for this event. The Saturday session will include lunch for the participants.
-Friday, February 6, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM
-Saturday, February 7, from 9 AM to 3 PM
There is a $100 fee for adults and a $60 fee for youth cover this educational session. This fee is for the purchase of the educational materials, examination, and lunch.
Space is limited, and therefore, pre-registration is required.
