About this Event

The Alaska State Troopers invite eligible commissioned law enforcement to apply to attend the Certified FETI Practical Application Course.

Forensic Experiential Trauma Interviewing (FETI) is a science and practice-based interviewing methodology informed by the latest research on the neurobiology of trauma and memory.

February 11-13, 2025 Embassy Suites Hotel, Imagine Ballroom 600 East Benson Boulevard Anchorage, AK 99503 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day Registration/Sign in at 8:30am

You are ONLY eligible to apply for this course IF:

· You are a commissioned Law Enforcement Officer in Alaska AND

· You have completed the FETI Basic Methodology Course*

*To sign up to complete the prerequisite FETI Basic Methodology online course, please email Meredith at to be enrolled.

Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, January 7, 2025**

All accepted commissioned law enforcement will receive a scholarship for the course that will cover the course fee of $1,495.00. Limited travel scholarships are available. After being accepted into the training, participants will be informed about how to arrange travel and lodging to have those costs covered. Please await instructions on booking travel/lodging.
