This is your opportunity to understand what it means to be a change agent. How do you become a successful leader and advocate for a change impacting your area of responsibility. How do you balance this role with the day job?
This workshop gives you the tools, techniques and know-how to be a successful agent for change. It will include a mixture of practical exercises, real life discussions and opportunities to personalise the learning experience to suit your own needs. This workshop will be particularly beneficial for those who have recently been asked to undertake a change agent role as part of their normal duties or need to develop a culture of change readiness within their organization.You will learn:
- The challenge of change, how it effects people and how they react;
- Why change happens and what that means for change agents;
- Consider what is your personal role as a change agent;
- Provide tools, techniques and real life cases to prepare you to be a successful leader, advocate and agent of change.
Day 3 will end with the CCA examination..
Confirmation and reminders will be sent to the registered email,(if booking on behalf of another, you take responsibility to share any communications with the attendee).
As part of COVID-19 Requirements, we will need to confirm proof of vaccination for all attendees. Also note that we similarly cannot provide a normal catering service so please be prepared to provide your own refreshments during the day.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The venue is easily accessed via transit and there are numerous parking lots in the area

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please note that workbooks and supporting documents will be available for each attendee. As a Covid-19 health measure, the venue does not allow cooked food in the space. Please only bring snacks, water and easy sealed drinks.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, up to 14 days prior to the event, your registration can be transferred to another attendee for a one off $25 adminstration fee.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be made up to 14 days prior to the event. Any request made more than 45 days prior to the event will get a full refund (less $25 admin fee), after that, only 50% of the value will be refunded. No refunds will be made within 14 days. Transfer of attendee can be made at any time for an admin fee of $25 up to 14 days before the event. Late transfers will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
