Do you love BBQ? Want to become a certified BBQ judge? This class is for you!Become a certified BBQ judge through the Kansas City Barbeque Society. To register for the class- follow the steps below.
1. Become a member of the KCBS (You MUST be a member to become a certified judge)

The class is $100 and will last 4 hours. You will learn how to judge chicken, ribs, pork and brisket per the standards set by the Kansas City BBQ Society.
This class will be held at the HARTL building at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo on Wednesday April 23rd. The class is from 2pm-6pm and immediately following you will have the opportunity to judge a brisket competition.
