Succession Planning is a process that ensures the right people are in place to fill critical positions in your organization. This includes identifying and cultivating leadership from within your organization, external recruitment planning, and being prepared for emergency departures. An ideal succession plan isn’t an endpoint; it’s a dynamic process that involves the entire organization and is embedded in your culture.
Join us for a day long strategy session led by facilitator Jenn Harrington from Arising Collective.
During this session you will gain an understanding of best practices related to succession planning, roles and responsibilities, contingency planning, and implementation.
You will leave the session with an understanding of how to assess your own organizations’ readiness for succession planning as well as tools and strategies to get started.
The session will involve a mix of learning, discussion, and large and small group activities.
Lunch will be provided.
