If you're looking for a new hobby, or you've just always wanted to learn to partner dance then come and join us for our Beginners' Day at St Anne's Church Hall.Sheena will take you through two beginners routines, that will have you up on the dance floor at the end of the day.
The afternoon will start at 2pm, when we'll go through the first of our beginners' routines. We'll have a short break to catch out breath and grab some refreshemtns.
Our second class will start at 3pm and then we'll have a half hour of recap start at 4pm.
From 4.30-5.30pm we'll have music playing so you can freestyle, practice and/or just chill out with a cuppa.
We'll have tea, coffee and cake and will be available for a chat and answer any questions.
There's no need for a partner to attend, we will rotate dancers in the class. It's great fun and very social.
As well as the teachers we'll have experienced dancers on hand to help out and make you feel welcome.
Cost is £10pp. Advanced booking recommended to secure your place.
Our regular class nights in Edinburgh are held on Tuesdays, at St Ninian's Church Hall and on Thursdays at the BMC Social Club. The evenings run from 7.30-10.30pm and cost £10/£8 concessions. We also offer special discounts for new dancers - only £30 for 6 class nights.
