If you have been thinking about trying Ceroc, this is the perfect night to start.Our Beginner Welcome Evening is designed especially for first-time dancers - no partner, no experience, no worries.
Pre-Class Welcome Chat - Starts at 7.15pm
Doors open at 7pm and we would love you to join us for a relaxed welcome chat before the class starts. We will introduce you to the crew, explain how the evening works, and make sure you are feeling confident and ready to get started.
What to Expect
Ceroc is a fun, sociable, partner dance that is easy to learn and perfect for all ages. You don't need any dance experience or a partner - just comfortable shoes and a willingness to give it a go!
How the Night Runs
- Welcome Chat: Meet your teacher and Crew, ask questions and settle in.
- Beginner Class: We will teach you a few simple moves and how to dance them with different partners.
- Freestyle Dancing: After the class, we play music and you can practise your new moves at your own pace.
- Second Session: We run a Beginner Refresher session while the Intermediate Class takes place. This gives you the chance to practice the moves you have just learnt and ask as many questions as you like!
Reassurance and Encouragement
Everyone in the room was new once - and we remember exactly how that felt. You will be guided through every step in a friendly, no-pressure environment. We rotate partners throughout the class, so you will meet lots of welcoming faces, and there is always someone nearby to help if you need it.
