Join "Yoga with Chuck" for a brand new experience, "CEREMONY". Vibe with a tribe as we unwind on a Friday Night that will incorporate movement with yoga, exploring various breath work techniques and mantra to calm the body, mind and spirit. Our evening will conclude with a presentation of the benefits of Kava, a South Pacific Plant whose roots are made into a relaxing, soothing drink that can take the edge off. It provides the feeling you may get from drinking a glass or two of wine without the alcohol. Participants tend to feel relaxed and social, while not loosing a feeling of control. Root Awakenings will share information before serving guests a BULA bowl of Kava in a Ceremonial Fashion. Then guests are encouraged to share in community with conversation, vibes music and more.
