WHAT TO EXPECT:
🕯️ A safe, candlelit and private space with a professional and experienced sacred circle holder and trauma-informed yoga teacher (500hr - teaching for 9 yrs), Priya Leevers.
⭕ Mats will be laid in a circle formation, all facing a central altar - nobody will be behind you!
🧘♀️Very gentle Yin-style yoga, no downward dogs or wide legged full-frontals.
🩲 Underwear is totally welcome during your moon cycle time or at any time during the ceremony.
🦵 Sacred Unveiling ritual awakening the Goddess within (arrive fully dressed).
🫱 Exploration of self touch (breasts if comfortable).
🙏🏼 Sharing Circle to connect and integrate as we close the circle.
🍓 Strawberries, chocolate and a final sharing circle as a form of integration.
Note: The event is absolutely suitable for newbies to yoga and there will be no hands-on adjustments.
OUR SHARED AGREEMENTS:
*We treat the circle as sacred, anything shared within the circle takes a lot of courage to share and remains in the circle.
*We enter with the intent of openness and respect, for all other values/beliefs/sexualities/journeys/bodies etc.
*Always endeavouring to speak from our own personal experience.
*No unsolicited hugs, touch, offering of advice.
*We gather with the intention to support our own and each others’ healing and sense of empowerment.
Please arrive 5 mins early to get comfortable in the space. Bring your own yoga mat or a towel/blanket to place over the studio’s mats (for hygiene) and a shall/robe or large scarf. If you like you can also bring a journal, pen and personal item/flower for the altar.

With 10 years facilitation experience, Yogini Priya radiates as a revered 500hr yoga/meditation guide and holder of ceremonial women’s circles. Advocating cyclical living and Goddess awakening, Priya invites women to embrace their innate power as an emanation of spirit and find beauty in every moment through eco-embodiment and ritual.
