If you have completed our Beginners on the Pottery Wheel workshop or have dabbled with the pottery wheel or hand building before and would like to further your skills and passion for clay then you will love these 4 consecutive sessions on a Friday.
Each session you can work to improve your knowledge from our passionate instructors and take the pottery wheel and hand building to another level….Throw a mug and pull a handle, create a unique plate or a special platter for a present, trim and shape your own pots, glaze and colour your pieces to match your own decor or just grab a coffee and take the time to appreciate honing your skills in this slow art form that captures your focus and relaxes a busy mind.
Let the Art Workshops Pottery Studio be your happy place and enjoy the therapeutic and mindful pottery wheel zen you will feel as you create your own projects.
Pre -requisite : Art Workshops Beginners on the Pottery Wheel or pottery wheel/ hand building basic knowledge
Price includes: Clay and bisque firing of two pieces per session.
Glazing can be done, after a number of pieces have been fired, in another Friday morning session.
Included in your 4 x 2 hour sessions is clay, tools, and a bisque firing and one glaze technique of your choice for your pieces . Your work will be ready for collection in 2 weeks after your 4 sessions.
You will receive an Art Workshop Studio Pottery Wheel and Hand Building Course card to bring along to each session until completed.
