About this Event
Our wheel-throwing class is a great opportunity to become acquainted with the pottery wheel and clay.
Our classes are suitable for beginners and those with some previous wheel-throwing skills. We will cover the basic techniques of throwing and teach you how to create a mug, bowl, or even a vase from a small piece of clay.
The class consists of two meetings, it is a wheel modelling and glazing session .
The glazing session happens a few weeks after the first. Once your creations have dried and been through the first firing, you'll get to add glazes. The dates for the second session are flexible, so you can choose one that works for you.
