About this Event
Led by local pottery artist Karolina of GrabArt Creations, this 2-hour session is designed for complete beginners or those wanting to expand their pottery skills in a relaxed, supportive environment. Karolina will guide you through her own process step-by-step, teaching techniques for shaping clay into your very own unique creation.
What to Expect:
- Learn basic clay-handling and texturing techniques
- Create your own handmade pumpkin
- Ideal for adults - beginners and those wanting to expand their skills
- All tools and materials provided
- No experience needed
- A calming, creative atmosphere perfect for unwinding and exploring your artistic side
Safety
- Please wear close-toed shoes when attending the workshop
After the session, Karolina will take your pieces away for firing. We’ll notify you once they’re ready to collect—your handmade artwork will soon be a beautiful, functional piece for your home!

About Karolina
A self-taught potter, Karolina draws inspiration from nature and her mother’s intricate crochet designs. She sells her handmade pottery locally and online, and is a regular at community markets and creative events.

Parking
Parking is available in The Bell Centre Car Park. Please use the second car park entrance on St Marys Way.
Accessing The Bell Centre
Access The Bell Centre from the large green gates at the back, next to the car park, opposite the Cutting Room. The Bell Centre closes for trading at 5pm however, we'll be there to welcome you into the centre for the evenings workshop. You'll find us at number 14 just before the Time Out Cafe.
