Sunday 18 May - 10.30 - 4.00 pmJoin me for a day DESIGNING, CREATING & GLAZING your own unique trivet/large tile and 4 coasters/mini tiles on SUNDAY 22 SEPTEMBER in the bright and spacious Delanoy education room of the wonderful Farmland Museum & Denny Abbey in Waterbeach (near Cambridge) 🧑🎨🍃
DISCOVER HOW TO:
-add texture and design to your tiles
embellish with 3D elements (sprigs) for decorative pieces
apply underglazes to colour (glaze) your finished tiles
-The whole procedure will be explained from start to finish by me and also with the aid of real-time footage on a large screen showing each step up close.
-At the end of the session, you will have designed and decorated one 30cm x 30cm trivet (large tile) and four 10cm x 10cm tiles (coasters).
Once fully dry, all the pieces will be fired by me and can either be collected from the Farmland Museum, our studios in Upwell or posted out by arrangement ✉️
