Ceramic Christmas GnomeIn this two class workshop, participants will be involved in the ceramic process from start to finish! In the first class, participants will hand build a Santa/gnome from stoneware clay using a variety of techniques and decorative tools. After a bisque firing, the second class will allow participants add color and personality to their creations using underglazes and glazes. Finished pieces will be safe for indoor or outdoor placement and will be available for pick up 1-2 weeks following the second class once glaze firing is complete.
All materials will be provided, however participants are welcome to bring decorative tools of their own (embossed rolling pins, stamps, cookie cutters). Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes that can get clay/glaze on them.
